What You'll Do:

As a Senior Living Sales Counselor, you will carry out our Mission of Love by assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing in maintaining occupancy and building a waiting list at The Masonic Village at Sewickley for optimal operating efficiency.

Our Senior Living Sales Counselor is responsible for the following:

• Makes minimum average net reservations that meet the organizational occupancy goals as per the annual performance plan.
• Adds a minimum average of two (2) new priority applications per month.
• Interacts with the Director of Sales and Marketing assisting with marketing presentations at Masonic Village facility.
• Interacts with prospective residents to market services and facilities in a manner which meets the customer's needs.
• Works collaboratively with departments in other service areas to assure marketing initiatives meet organizational marketing and sales goals.
• Maintains detailed computer Welcome Home Software.
• Interacts with the Director of Sales and Marketing to help develop programs for presentation to prospective residents.
• Prepares ongoing marketing and related reports.
• Develops and maintains a list of qualified clients for occupancy of available apartments.
• Assists in preparation of written articles for various publications as directed by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
• Assists prospective residents through the entire application and move-in process.
• Performs visual walk-through of apartments prior to occupancy.

What You Have:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or Human Services.
• Ability to effectively present programs in both written and oral form to potential residents.
• A knowledge of media marketing communication techniques including, but not limited to, select personal mailings and select mass media publications and outlets.
• A knowledge of basic business financial transactions and related documents.
• Prior experience in sales, real estate or senior sales/marketing would be beneficial.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience.
